Street cleaning is every Friday from 11-11:20 am. Other things to note You may hear some footsteps since the upper level is occupied. We provide complimentary garage parking (for small to mid sized cars) and laundry that is shared access with our cleaner. Our cleaner may occasionally enter through the garage for the laundry machines. We will inform you before she needs to enter. HOUSE RULES: 1. No pets allowed (this will result in a $500 fine & cancelled booking). 2. No smoking allowed inside the house (subject to a $1,000 fine). Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, incense, and anything that burns. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found, including but not limited to odor, ashes, residue, or cigarette butts — whether or not smoking was observed. 3. Please let us know of any damages immediately. *Important * Exterior cameras are installed solely on the outside of the property—specifically at the front door, back door, and along the sides of the home—for security purposes. There are no cameras located inside the house.
