House available for quarantine period! About the house: facing a wall, hammocks, barbecue, intercom, ceiling fan in the living room and bedrooms, cable TV and flat-screen TV in the living room and bedrooms, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. About the condominium: in front of the beach, security, 24-hour concierge/doorman, parking, barbecue area, game room, ballroom, three swimming pools, playground, multi-sport court, Wi-Fi and family atmosphere. The space The house is a delight, well decorated and very cozy. On the balcony: There are two hammocks to rest and enjoy a beach atmosphere, a barbecue and a table for six. On the ground floor: We have a fully equipped American kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.) with countertop and four high benches. The living room has two sofas with three and two seats and a flat-screen TV. Half-bath. Upstairs: One bedroom with a double bed, shelves, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and air-conditioning. In the second bedroom, we have a bunk bed, a single bed, a cozy reading corner with an armchair and footrest, a wired closet with hangers, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and air-conditioning. Also in this second bedroom is a mezzanine with two single beds and a fan. Full bathroom. In the "service area" (side of the house): Washing tub and clothesline. There is no washing machine. Important: The house has Wi-Fi and SKY TV. We have beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use! Pets are not allowed, I'm very sorry. And the total booking capacity is for 6 guests. We do not provide bed or bath linens. Guest access The entire infrastructure of the condominium, including Wi-Fi. Other things to note I am passionate about my home and the Recanto do Barão condominium, which I have been visiting for 15 years. There are many positive points, such as a lot of greenery/nature, beachfront location, 24-hour concierge and security, and family atmosphere. Over the years, I've made great friends and collected the most beautiful memories. The beach is rocky, so we advise caution and do not recommend children swim in the sea. But right next door, on the beaches of Camburi and, especially, Baleia, the beaches are excellent for the little ones.
