Guest suite in Memphis

Located on a tree lined street in a historic Memphis neighborhood. You will enjoy a whole upstairs apartment to yourselves, while we live downstairs. Suite Attic has 2 bedrooms (both with queen memory foam beds) with en-suite full baths. It has a well equipped kitchen and a casual dining area. The Sitting room has a smart TV with Roku, & a half bath. Provided amenities beyond what you'd find in most hotels. Please Note *Must be able to get you and your bags up narrow stairs w/no handrail* The space Our home is located in Midtown Memphis. Which means you are just a short drive to all Memphis attractions. You will have the entire upper floor for your enjoyment. This is a converted attic apartment and has some sloped walls. There is a separate side entrance for guests. If you can't get yourself and your bags up stairs, this might not be the booking for you. ***Our suite is for guests age 21 and over unless accompanied by parent or guardian.*** Not suitable for infants and children. Other things to note *All 3 toilets do better if you hold the handle down for a bit. *Breakfast is belvita breakfast biscuits and instant oatmeal. Just enough to hold you over to get a good breakfast. There is a Keurig with provided coffees and tea. On the counter you will find a basket of various snacks. **Check the Supply Closet for cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, shampoo and things you may have forgotten. ***Let me know if you will be celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other celebration, I can put up a few decorations**
