The house consists of: - three bedrooms with a double bed - large fully equipped kitchen - large living area with fireplace -two full bathrooms, with shower and bathtub - laundry area inside the house -Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating -private outdoor area, located on the left of the entrance - Free parking, no need to book it in advance because it is already included in the stay. -There is a convenient electric charging station for charging the car at a cost of €20 per day. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need this service. Payment can be made directly upon your departure. Guest access We invite you to freely enjoy all areas of the apartment. As an official method for sending documents, we use a dedicated link, compliant with Italian legislation and directly connected with the State Police. Therefore, 24 hours before arrival, we ask you to upload the valid identity documents (passport or identity card) of all the people who will stay in the house through this link. If guests are Italian, they will also need to enter their tax code. ⚠️ Without completing this step, it will not be possible to access the property, as the system will not issue the access code or instructions for self check-in. For door-to-door collection, place the garbage outside the house, on a paved and clearly visible road. For organic waste, there is a special bin along the street. All waste must be disposed of completely by guests at check-out. 🏠 Respect for the house: Use the accommodation with care, as if it were your own.
