On that note, geese love this property and may use the boat launch as a bathroom - we also tend to this frequently. ⏰ Can I check in early or check out late? We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround. 🔥 Is firewood provided? No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability). 🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces? Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability. Violations are subject to a $250 fine. - We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds. - Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking. - Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
