Our lakeside cabin is the ideal getaway for those looking to unwind and reset. The space The Lily Pad can comfortably sleep 6 guests. On the main floor, you'll find; 🛟 Lakeside access - Private dock - Deck with grill and outdoor dining table - Fire pit and chairs 🍳 Kitchen - Dinnerware - pots/pans/ cooking utensils - Oil - Spices - Coffee maker selection including Kuerig, Drip, and French press. 🍽️ Dining - table w/ seating for 6. 🛋️ Living room - Large sofa with a pull out inflatable queen sized bed - TV and Roku for streaming services - Inviting gas fireplace. 🧩 Adult and children's books, games and puzzles. 🛁 Full bathroom Spiral staircase to the second floor leads to: 2nd floor sitting Room - TV with Roku 🛏️ Primary Bedroom - Luxurious king sized bed - Cozy electric fireplace - Desk workspace with a view of the lake 🛁 En Suite bathroom - Stand up shower - Jetted bath tub - Washer & Dryer 🛏️ Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed - 2 Twin beds - The bedroom is up steep stairs on the 3rd floor. This room is similar to a loft, with no door. **Please note the spiral staircase to both sleeping areas and the steep stairs to the 2nd bedroom in the photos. These may not be suitable for some guests, including small children and those with limited mobility. Please see pictures to determine if this property is right for you. Guest access Guests will need a car to get around, we are located less than 10 minutes to Eatonville with restaurants and groceries. Guests have access to the entire property aside from locked owners closets and outbuildings. There is a shed and well house that are off limits, as well as a large corrugated tube that houses well equipment. Please avoid this as it is essential for the function of the water in the house. There is parking in driveway alongside the cabin with enough space for 3 cars. Other things to note Bring your fishing poles for a chance to catch black crappie, yellow perch, largemouth bass, bluegill, brown bullhead catfish, pumpkinseed sunfish, and coastal cutthroat! Washington State requires a fishing license for those 15 and over. Ohop Lake is wonderful for fishing and water sports, but like other lakes nearby, it does occasionally have algae that can be toxic. Enter the lake at your own risk and search for current water advisories online with the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department. For the safety of our guests and the security of our home, there are 3 security cameras on the exterior of the property. There is a doorbell camera , a camera facing the street and a 3rd facing the yard and lake. Use of dock, watercraft, swimming and campfires are at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times both inside and outside the home. There is no lifeguard on duty and there are potential inherent dangers to children and adults when using the lake, dock, watercraft, and campfires, as well as the stairs inside and outside the property. There are added risks when children are not closely supervised, while using any type of alcohol, drugs, or medication, has health risks, or while pregnant. *LIABILITY WAIVER* By staying at the advertised property, The Lily Pad, you agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents and bodily injury that occurs to renter(s) and those in their party inside and outside the home during your stay. You agree to hold harmless the Property owners, Branch and Bungalow LLC, and the host. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owners, Branch and Bungalow LLC, and the host for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirmation by booking or using these facilities constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between all guests, the host, and the property owners.
