The space The 3 bedroom+2 bath renovated farm cottage is furnished with three comfortable queen size beds, clean cotton linens, luxurious down comforters, a fully equipped kitchen, and lots of privacy! Tall ceilings, and windows in every room create a peaceful environment perfect for a quiet getaway. Additionally, and essential for comfort, a full size frig, stove, tea kettle, coffee maker, coffee, and herbal tea are provided in the kitchen. A screened in porch is located off of the kitchen. Wake up to a peaceful wooded setting, relax with a hot cup of Joe and a good book, or head out to join all the downtown raucous from this centrally located space. To get a taste of the local food, everything you need is within a mile or three. HOUSE RULES- Reservation may be cancelled if house rules are broken, and in the event of cancellation due to broken house rules, the right to any refund will be forfeited. PRIVACY- This is a free standing home and is not attached to the hosts home, however, the host does live in a separate house located up the hill on the 5 acre property. There are no other units in this cottage; your privacy is assured. KITCHEN- We encourage use of kitchen for light cooking, however, if the kitchen is used, all dishes must be washed, dried, and put away, and all surfaces wiped down after each use and before check-out. Additionally, all garbage and left-over food items must be placed in the kitchen garbage can or a sealed garbage bag. An additional $65 service fee will apply if this house rule is broken. LONG TERM STAYS- For stays longer than 5 days, weekly clean linens are available *upon request* however cleaning services/bed making are not provided. Please contact the host through the Airbnb messaging app. Host will collect garbage from front porch upon request or garbage may be placed in a can at the head of the driveway. All garbage must be in a sealed garbage bag. PARKING- Two parking spaces are located in front of the farmhouse. Parking on the property is for registered guests only.
