The apartment is divided into two floors: the lower floor has a bedroom with direct access to the terrace, a sink, kitchenette, dining room, living room and a long terrace. The top floor has a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a toilet, a desk area and a nice terrace with outdoor shower area, intimate and with hot water. The apartment has access to the community pool of the building of only 20 neighbors. Other things to note The customer must pay the tourist tax in cash upon arrival. (€1 per person over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights). For your information, this apartment is NOT suitable for groups of young people who want to party, as these are totally prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas (garden, pool, etc.).
