The Gatehouse at Maple Brook

For business or pleasure, enjoy your stay in our spacious, bright one bedroom gatehouse. With all the conveniences of home, the central location allows you to explore the richness of the Annapolis Valley. The property is surrounded by mature trees and developing landscaping. Fully equipped for short or long stays with washer/dryer, dishwasher, queen bed, full living and dining areas. Kitchen has Keurig, microwave and full stove and fridge. On Highway 1 and close to exit for Highway 101. The space Updated one bedroom, spacious gatehouse with large bedroom, bathroom and laundry space. There is a small but nice backyard with chairs for relaxing. There is parking for one vehicle only. Use of house power for charging electric vehicles needs to be approved prior to stay. Additional fee may be applied. Guest access The Gatehouse is a single family home just for your stay. Other things to note I require guest confirmation of the pets that will be staying. Please be aware they are not permitted on the furniture. They are also not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. We also ask that they not be left tied unattended outside to either the front or back stairs. There is a backyard with seating for you to stay with your pet. The pet is to be leashed at all times.
