Take a break and unwind at this peaceful Studio midway between the towns of Youghal and Midleton. Located just minutes off the N25 Main Rosslare - Cork Route and within 5klms of Castlemartyr Resort Hotel. We are conveniently situated between the two villages of Killeagh & Castlemartyr with just a 5 minute drive to each & 10 to the beach. Being on Section 6 of the Eurovelo1 Cycling Route we welcome cyclists, providing a covered area for your bikes. Comfy bed, private bathroom & kitchenette. The space Lissacrue consists of small Studio with private entrance and private bathroom. This is a small bright and comfy space including dining area, recently upgraded kitchenette and private bathroom which has a large Power Shower. There is a very comfy double bed with mattress topper and cotton bed linen. For guests it is very private with access to the garden and outside seating for alfresco dining! It is an extension to our private dwelling in a really nice quiet countryside area. Guest access Guests have access to free parking in our driveway and will find the entrance just to the rear of the house for self checkin using the lockbox by the double glass doors. However should you need any help or require further information, just message me and I will be happy to help. Other things to note A lot of love has gone into creating this little space and I hope you love it too. We ask guests to be mindful that this apartment is next to our family home and is in a very quiet area. I truly appreciate the enrichment received from the diversity of meeting new people and base my relationships on trust and respect for others. I hope that you will get a sense of this while staying here. We have three dogs, Philip the ginger cat and any funny clucking sounds will be from our four hens!!
