Welton Cliff Farm House is the perfect place to escape to with family & friends for a special celebration or just to get away & spend quality time together. Just 5 miles from Lincoln with distant views of Lincoln Cathedral. The generous grounds include lawned & woodland areas, large terrace with BBQ, outdoor seating for 16 and a private tennis court. Also a large games room offering a bar complete with drinks fridge, bar stools, an American pool table & large wall mounted Smart television. The space Welton Cliff farmhouse has been beautifully renovated; it has all the modern amenities and comforts you'd expect of a modern home whilst preserving the features and character of a 200+ year old house. Underfloor heating throughout, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, huge amounts of living space and a well equipped shaker style kitchen with an electric Aga, separate electric oven and hob, 2 dishwashers, coffee maker and the list goes on. There's a large patio, accessed through a large french door, with outdoor dining for 16 and webber BBQ which over looks the orchard and the guest's private tennis court. To the other side of the house, there's a separate game's room, which is just opposite the kitchen. There's plenty to keep family and friends entertained. To the front of the house is more garden, a lawned area leading on to a fenced ha-ha. A perfect area for games in the garden or just to have your own space. Guest access Guests can enjoy all of Welton Cliff Farmhouse and the grounds. We just ask that they respect the signs and fences on the perimeter of the grounds. Guests must not enter the farmyard, it is a working farm. Please ensure young children are supervised and not allowed to wander.
