Other things to note Please note, there is construction on lots near this property; although most guests have not experienced any issues with that at all, there is a potential for noise due to construction. A pack n’ play is available at an additional daily cost, should you need one during your stay. We must be notified via AirBnB messenger at least 48 hours before check-in if you’ll need a pack n’ play. Payment is due prior to check-in. The rooftop pool is a plunge pool with seating, perfect for cooling off. Quiet hours are strictly enforced by security. Drone use is prohibited by HOA Regulations. House parties of any kind are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests in violation of these policies may be subject to a fine issued by the HOA.
