Castelo Do Vento (Lov2KiteBrasil) is about 2 minutes walk to the 2 largest beach front most famous resorts, Rancho Do Peixe and Vila Prea. 600 m from the beach and 8 min walk to Prea center, it offers great alternative to all the expensive beachfront accommodations around. It is a brand new construction developed by 2 swiss french people with a special attention to nature and construction details in respecting the style of the nordeste do brasil. You will love the calm & the beach proximity. The space The "Castelo Do Vento" finished building in January 2017 and has been developed by a Swiss architect from Geneva (Daniel Rouge). Based on a really open space and close to nature aspect, it offers a great comfortable but simple mood. Really secluded ... you wont be disturbed by any noise rather than the local birds, little monkeys (that comes morning and dusk) ... We chose to build here because we love our neighborhood and our neighbors, it is 2-3 really big family only that lives around and it is really safe and friendly neighborhood. Guest access Guests will have full access to the following areas and amenities of the property: Bungalow 1 Complete: The entire bungalow will be available for the exclusive use of those who book. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils, however, their use must be requested in advance. Wi-Fi: High-speed internet connection available in all areas of the inn. Laundry: Laundry service is available at a rate of 40.00 per machine. Leisure Area: Guests can access the pool, living room, garden and common areas of the inn freely, except the kitchen and laundry room. Parking: Free parking space on site. Barbecue: Barbecue available upon advance request. If you need anything, we will be available to help make your stay more comfortable. During your stay we do interact with our guest if they want to ... we have lived and worked here for 8 years so we know a lot of people and the area has no secret for us anymore ... on the land like on the water.
