Cozy and comfortable in the Aconcagua Valley, close to vineyards, fields and mountains, a perfect semi-rural getaway for domestic and foreign tourists, a quiet place, a residential area. We have private parking inside the property, a terrace and rooms overlooking the pool and green areas, comfortable rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen for 8 people, a wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (1 suite), and a gazebo with a grill. The space MAIN BEDROOM: Double bed, (sleeps two), equipped according to the season, has a smart TV (internet connection), roller blackout curtains, en-suite bathroom, with shower, and a walk-in closet. View and direct access to terrace, swimming pool, and green areas. 3-BED ROOM: A cabin with a full bunk bed (2 beds) plus a single bed, equipped according to the season of the year, featuring a smart TV (internet connection) and roller blackout curtains. ROOM 1 DOUBLE BED: Double bed, equipped according to the season of the year, it has a smart TV (internet connection), roller blackout curtains, view of the terrace, swimming pool and green areas. Bathroom 2: With shower and tub, equipped. KITCHEN: It has a 5-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, glassware and crockery for 8 tourists, refrigerator plus electric thermos. LAUNDRY: The house has a washing machine and clothes dryer available to guests. SWIMMING POOL, GARDENS, TERRACE AND QUINCHO: Available to guests. Parking for 3 vehicles. Guest access Once the stay is paid, guests will be contacted by phone to coordinate arrival and welcome to the house by the host. Check-in will be at 3:00 PM (to be agreed) and check-out will be at 12:00 noon, with luggage being kept safe if required. Other things to note We are located in a quiet residential area, with nice houses, close to the town's main square, with access to shops, the municipality, police station, and hospital. Two blocks away is the cultural center, bakery, pharmacy (apothecary), restaurant and craft brewery (Chaski). Just minutes away you will find tourist areas such as: vineyards, Ahumada fields, Cariño Botado, San Francisco among others. Two kittens live in this accommodation. They are quiet and friendly. If you have allergies or prefer to avoid pets, keep this in mind before booking :)
