Welcome to my charming guest room in the heart of Schwabing-West! My lovingly renovated attic room offers the perfect retreat for travelers looking for both peace and quiet and excellent connections to Munich city life. Since I also live here I attach great importance to a pleasant living atmosphere, so you can be sure that I will go to great lengths to make you feel at home :) I speak English fluently and happily ;) The space My apartment is located on the 5th floor, please note that there is no elevator. In addition, the bathroom has a bathtub that must be used lying down - so it may not be suitable for physically impaired people. In summer it can get a little warmer due to the location under the roof, but don't worry, an air conditioning unit provides pleasant cooling ;) Why you will feel at home with me: - Peace and quiet: thanks to the top-floor location and the surrounding green spaces, you'll enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, far away from the noise of the city. - Perfect location: My apartment is ideally located between two subway stations. Scheidplatz (U2, U8) is just a 10-minute walk away and offers direct connections to the Olympiapark/Olympiastadion and the trade fair. Bonner Platz (U3) is only 5 minutes away and takes you quickly to Marienplatz, the heart of Munich, and Theresienwiese, the venue for the famous Oktoberfest. - Modern and fresh: The guest room and kitchen have recently been renovated and offer a modern, pleasant ambience. - Convenient arrival: Good parking facilities in the surrounding area make your arrival and departure easier. Schwabing-West itself is a lively yet relaxed district of Munich. With its numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, it offers everything your heart desires. The nearby Olympiapark is ideal for walks, sports and cultural events and is a must for every visitor to Munich.
