The Lakeside Lily Pad

Enjoy the sweet life at the Lakeside Lily Pad tiny home. You can start your days in quiet stillness and end them with epic sunsets. BBQ and enjoy the lake- a trail leads directly from the Lily Pad down to the lakeshore where you can: swim, fish, & watch the many species of birds that live here. Ride Phil's World- just minutes to all 3 trailheads! Visit Mesa Verde- just 10 mins from the park entrance. Cortez is 3 mi away for all your needs. Mancos: 15 mi, Durango: 45 mi, Telluride: 80 mi. The space This is a tiny house. It can sleep 4 people but please know it is a small enclosed space. There a queen bed in a loft, and there’s a queen side futon that folds out into a bed in the small living area. There’s lots of room to hang outside and a beautiful trail down to the lake. There’s an outside picnic table that seats 4, a picnic table, & lawn chairs to hang out it. This house used to be on an RV system but we switched it over to regular plumbing. It operates just like a normal house. Guest access The Lakeside Lily Pad is located on the same property as our full sized rental house. While there is a shared driveway, the Lily Pad has its own parking area and is not visible from the main house. It also has its own trail leading down to the lake to keep it feeling private between the 2 rentals. Once down by the lake it’s common HOA area. We have landscaped a nice lake shore hang out that is shared by both rentals, and anyone else who lives in the HOA can use it (but hardly anyone ever does). Feel free to fish, paddle board, swim, or just hang out.
