Access to pool and hot tub (seasonal) plus ride-in/ride-out OHV trail access for off-road adventure. The space This modern tiny home features a cozy main floor living area with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and full kitchen equipped for everyday cooking. A ladder leads to the loft, where you'll find a comfortable queen bed with soft lighting and desert views. The home includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer combo for convenience. Outside, guests enjoy a private gravel patio with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and space to relax after a day of exploring. The property is located within Zion Red Hawk Resort, offering access to a seasonal pool, hot tub, shared grill areas, and open desert surroundings. Off-road enthusiasts can ride directly from the tiny home to local OHV trails, with Sand Hollow and Coral Pink Sand Dunes about 20 minutes away. Guest access Guests have full access to the tiny home and the outdoor space directly beside their unit, including the seating area and fire pit. You’ll also have access to the pool house, which offers showers and bathrooms, as well as the resort pool and hot tub during the seasonal months. All RV-resort amenities available to tiny-home guests are just a short walk from your door. Other things to note This tiny home is located within Range RV Resort, a quiet community that also offers excellent access to local off-road trails. Guests are welcome to ride OHVs directly from the unit to nearby trail networks, making it an ideal base for UTV, ATV, and off-road adventures. The property is about 20 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and 20 minutes from Coral Pink Sand Dunes, two of the most popular riding areas in Southern Utah.
