Beautiful family country house 1 hour from Paris

We open our beloved country house to you, less than 1 hour from Paris (by car or by Transilien train to Houdan stop), a farmhouse with 5 bedrooms and 4000 m2 of land on the edge of the fields. Ideal for hosting 2–3 families, it is perfectly equipped to delight children and parents (baby equipment, indoor and outdoor games for all ages, ping pong table, bicycles, large comic book library, super-equipped kitchen for cooking and/or baking). The space On the ground floor you will find: a large kitchen-dining room (10 seats) equipped with 2 ovens and all the equipment for gourmet cooks/pastry chefs! A living room (8 seats) with fireplace, a large master suite with shower, double sink and private toilet, and a TV room equipped with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bedroom. In the closets, board games and puzzles for all ages! We also have a baby bed and everything you need for a baby (bouncer, bathtub, high chair, play mat). Toilets and a laundry room complete the ground floor. Upstairs, in the attic, you will find 3 bedrooms including 2 double bedrooms, one with a "hard" baby bed, another with an integrated shower room, and the 3rd is a "dormitory" for 4 to 6 children with games (cubes, small cars, farms with animals, dollhouse, giant marble slide...). There is also a shower room with toilet. A library of books/comics will delight young and old (the complete works of Tinti, Asterix, XIII, Lucky Luke... Ariol, Anatole Latuile, ... Popi, Pommes d'Api...). You will benefit from our large garden (4000 m2) with multiple corners that allows everyone to find a playground or relaxation area according to their wishes. Around the house, 3 terraces: one in front of the entrance where you can sunbathe in deckchairs (4 available), one on the back with extendable garden table (10 seats), at the level of the 1st floor, a large terrace with garden furniture/hammock that overlooks plum trees and then a large meadow with views of the fields. In this meadow, children can have fun on a slide/swing hut as well as a trampoline or play football. On request, and at no extra cost, we give you access to our bikes (for all ages from balance bikes to adult bikes with child seats), ping pong table, soccer goals, Aquaplay water game or kitchen appliances such as raclette, crepe maker, waffle maker...). We just want to make sure we give you specific instructions so that you take great care of them :). Guest access Less than 10 minutes from Houdan, a very pretty small town with delicious food shops: bakery, butcher, cheese, grocery store. 1 hour from Paris by car. 1 hour from Paris by Transilien (at least 1 train per hour from Montparnasse – line N) – Houdan stop. Other things to note Accommodation is entirely non-smoking and no pets. Parties are prohibited and more generally, we want to rent to people who are committed to respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood. Regarding TV: we don't have directly accessible TV channels, but Wi-Fi, and a ChromeCast that easily streams from your mobile phone or laptop, TV channels, YouTube or any streaming platform you subscribe to.
