Other things to note Here are the house rules: Bachelors are not allowed. Guests below 18 years old must be accompanied by a supervisor. No events or parties are allowed on the premises. Late night activities and parties are not allowed as it is a residential area. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Loud music or TV is strictly prohibited after 10 pm. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
