The entire home is updated with modern cozy touches throughout for that beachy bungalow feel. Enjoy the beautiful tropical backyard with the perfect combination of a pool and spa in one with a attached bar area or relax in the swing chair. You will also find a patio area with a grill and all necessary things for a backyard barbecue. As you enter the home you will find the living room with a big comfy couch, a 65" smart TV. A fun swing chair, a designated workspace and family games. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king size bed, a 40" smart TV, dresser, full length mirror, hangers, luggage rack and closet. Extra pillows and blaket are stored in this bedroom at the top of the closet. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable queen size canopy bed, 40" smart TV, dresser, hangers, luggage rack and closet. This bedroom does not have a ceiling fan because of canopy bed but there is a floor fan with remote in the closet if needed Bathroom has a tub and shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, blow dryer and some hygiene products. This is also where you will find the washer and dryer, along with detergent pods. In the kitchen you will find a table with seating for four, fully stocked coffee and tea bar, The kitchen is equipped with small appliances and with everything necessary for a family meal, olive oil, salt, pepper, and grilling spices. Cleaning products and first aid kit can be found under the sink. Explore all the cabinets and I am sure you will find what you are looking for :0) Hallway closet is where you will find beach towels, bluetooth portable speaker, iron and ironing board. Beach umbrella, 4 chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach toys and two beach cruiser bikes are also available for use. Guest access Entire house and outdoor space and 2 parking spaces on property Other things to note To ensure your safety, we have installed a motion Ring security camera doorbell, at the front door. This camera is positioned to face the front entrance and does not capture any views of interior spaces at all. It is actively recording video, and audio only when motion is detected. We provide starter supplies (4)coffee, (3)toilet paper, (2)washer pods, (2)trash bags and (2) rolls of paper towels. Anything needed after that is the guest responsibility.
