The space The suite is cozy and functional, perfect for those traveling alone. The room features: a TV, a quiet environment for relaxation, and a table for work or light meals. Bathroom with hot shower, offering comfort any time of year. The kitchen is shared and fully equipped, ideal for preparing quick meals, always respecting the hostess. Guest access The reception and checkout are carried out in person by me, the host, ensuring a smooth arrival, complete guidance on the space and support throughout the stay. During your stay I value a welcoming, respectful and peaceful experience. During your stay, I will be available to assist you whenever needed, whether it's to answer questions, resolve any issues, or offer tips about the area, while fully respecting your privacy. Other things to note House rules To ensure a harmonious coexistence and an excellent experience for everyone, we ask you to pay attention to the following rules: Observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Avoid loud noises such as music, TV, or loud conversations during this time. Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed. This space is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Keep the areas organized and clean after use, especially shared spaces. Use the space carefully, as if it were your own home. No smoking is allowed inside of the property. We ask that you respect the building's rules and the neighbors.
