CLEAN, SAFE environment and HIGH-SPEED WI-FI. Quiet street to leave your vehicle for free. It has 21 sq. meters, very cozy, being our BASIC standard apartment. The BEDROOM has a double bed, 32" smart TV, portable air conditioner and also a portable fan. The bed is lined with fitted sheet, top sheet and we provide a light blanket for every two people. In the LIVING ROOM we have a double sofa bed, a table with two chairs and a ceiling fan. We also provide mats when needed. In the Bathroom we have a hand shower, liquid soap, complimentary mini soap, towels, a 1,200w compact Mondial hair dryer and a super top Lorenzetti Advanced Multitemperatura shower. In the KITCHEN we have a 4-burner stove, frost-free refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, Airfry, wine opener and two glasses. We also provide basic kitchen utensils, such as a set with 3 pots, 1 milk pan and a frying pan, rice drainer, cutlery, glasses and salt. In addition, we have a coffee maker and we leave complimentary coffee (Pilão, Mellita or Três Corações), sugar and sweetener. We have an iron and ironing board in the apartment and a small clothesline to hang underwear or leave towels drying after use. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest who makes the reservation. Despite the affordable price, the apartment has no space shared with anyone else. Other things to note . 1- We do not allow SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENTS and it is also not allowed inside the building. We have an uncovered area on the 3rd floor that can be used for this purpose. 2- Late Checkout - If you are 15 minutes late, we will knock on the door to let you know. 3- Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. 4- The entry of pets that have not been informed at the time of booking, as well as the entry of extra guests not previously informed. ATTENTION: VIOLATION OF THE RULES MAY BE PUNISHED WITH A FINE OF UP TO 2 NIGHTS. Objects forgotten in the apartments will be discarded after 30 days. We ask that you avoid deep-frying fish and the like, but there are no restrictions on frying eggs or other not-too-greasy items. To help, we provide airfry in all apartments.
