Cozy loft, quiet place, 24-hour doorman with elevators. Close to Cinelândia subway, easy access to tourist attractions, Maracanã and the south zone. Next to theaters (Municipal), restaurants (amarelinho), shops and others. Close to Lapa, Santa Teresa and the American consulate. We provide a double mattress on the mezzanine, sofa bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV (not smart), iron, hairdryer, grill, retractable table, full kitchen and bathroom. The space The bathroom has a shower with hot water, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron, clothesline. Bath towels are a courtesy that I make available to guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave, grill and utensils such as: pots, frying pan, pressure cooker, dishes, cutlery and glasses. Bedroom, we kindly offer bedding for up to 4 people. Sheets, pillowcases and duvets. Double sofa bed Double mattress on a mezzanine. Wardrobe where your bags and/or backpacks will fit and store your clothes properly. We have a counter and a retractable table, where you can have your meals or space for work and/or studies. Air conditioning with remote control to adjust the temperature properly, and we also offer a fan. The building has no garage!
