Incidental Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of PHP FOUR THOUSAND PESOS PER DAY FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 Days ITS 30,000 PHP and will require a Rental Agreement This is required upon booking confirmation through the Airbnb app. This deposit is non-negotiable and due immediately upon booking.
