(See our other host listings) Other things to note DESERT LIFE: Part of the desert's magic is the wildlife that lives there. You may see/encounter wild rabbits, coyotes, mice, beetles, snakes, and spiders. This is their natural habitat. We also have Joshua Trees and cactus on the property so please be careful near them and wear shoes while outside. PARKING: Is available in front of both houses. WIFI/CELL SERVICE: There is full cell service and Wifi at the property if you need to be connected. SEWER: The house is on a septic system, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. EVENTS, PARTIES & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. Please reach out to us if you need to book the space for any of the above. We will do our best to work with you and help with local talent/vendors in the area. QUIET HOURS: Yucca Valley is a serene place. While our neighbors aren't right on top of us, sound travels in the desert. Out of respect for them and the natural habitat, we ask that you please keep the noise level to a minimum after 10PM.
