The home also boasts a strategic location - it's slightly out from the hustle and bustle, and yet a very short drive from all major attractions. The spacious balcony, surrounded by majestic Deodar and Cedar trees, provides a tranquil retreat where you can unwind and take in breath taking views of the lush landscape. It’s the ideal spot for a peaceful yet convenient getaway. Parking is also not an issue. We, as hosts, allow the parking of private vehicles slightly off the grounds of the property itself. If not near then we do paid parking services for 200/- a day for a car which is few meters away from the place with a bit incline walk! To enhance your arrival experience, we recommend guests call the caretaker about 15 to 20 minutes before reaching the property. This allows the caretaker to meet you and guide you through the scenic route, which includes a short 50m walk to the house. Smoking is only permitted in the outside area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the indoors smoke-free to maintain our inviting atmosphere Guest access IMPORTANT- Room access is based on the number of guests booked. For 4 guests, 2 bedrooms will be available (the other room will be locked). For 5 guests, 2 bedrooms and an extra mattress will be provided. Other things to note -Guests are requested to submit soft copies of their ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show the hard copies of the ID proofs while checking in. -Let us know in case of early or late check-in, and we shall try our best to accommodate your needs based on our availability. -Our Experience Engineer will be in constant interaction with you throughout your stay. In case of any help/hassle, do reach out to us to help you or mitigate the problem before you check out. - The guest might encounter some wildlife animals in the property but not harmful. IMPORTANT- We accept family and mixed group of friends bookings only. - Bonfire can be arranged at additional cost. -We offer a menu to order from, or you can opt for a personal chef (₹600 per meal for up to 6 guests + groceries on actuals). Please note that cook service is subject to availability and requires prior notice. -Secure parking is available 100 meters uphill from the property for ₹200 per night. -Alcohol consumption and loud noise is strictly prohibited inside the property. -Housekeeping is available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested not to request housekeeping outside these hours. -Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Guests who exhibit such behaviour will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. -There are additional fees for bringing a pet, including a refundable security charge of ₹6000
