The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and everything you need to feel at home. Be prepared for some occasional noise from nearby train traffic. Also, enjoy the company of two friendly cats, Zeus and Draco, who love attention. Please note that, in accordance with NYC short-term rental regulations (NYC Administrative Code § 26-3104(c)), bedroom doors can only be locked from the inside and cannot be locked from the outside.
