Guest access 📍We share the exact location with you to make your arrival very easy; upon arrival, the gate to the private will be opened for you. 🚙 3 parking spaces are available. Additional vehicles can be parked in the next to the house; only a neighbor has access. 🔑 The gates are manual. Guests operate them except during check-in and check-out. 🛒 There is an OXXO near the village entrance, a 3-minute drive from the house. There is also a small convenience store 3 blocks away from the house. 🚤 The lake is 5.3 km away, approximately a 7-minute drive. You can enjoy the lake by renting a boat and participating in some water activities. Other things to note 🐶 We are pet friendly; no extra charges apply, but we kindly ask that you take care of cleaning up after your pets and that they refrain from climbing onto beds and sofas. 📝 A lodging contract similar to the one in the "House Rules" is signed. 🐞 Pest control is conducted once a week; it is very rare for animals to appear. 🚭 Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Please use outdoor areas. 🚫 Illegal drugs are prohibited on the premises. 🚷 Do not exceed the reservation and/or house capacity. 🚸 Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool area.
