The space Our house is a duplex penthouse. A 3rd floor without an elevator, with amazing views of Madrid. There is only one apartment per floor, so it is very quiet. And we don't have neighbors around. No noise. We are a 2-minute walk from the Usera metro station (L6), which connects you directly to interchanges such as Estación Sur or Avenida de América. 6 minutes away you have the Almendrales metro (L3), which will leave you in the center of Madrid in 15/20 minutes: Sol, Callao, Lavapies, La Latina, Malasaña,... You also have Madrid Río a 5-minute walk away, to go for a walk, run, play sports... A 10-minute walk to the Matadero, with exhibitions, theater, restaurant and terraces. And bus 47 takes you directly to Plaza de Atocha and the Reina Sofía Museum. The master bedroom is large and bright, 15m, fully equipped and with free space in a dresser and a closet for you to store what you need. It has a double bed, air conditioning, heating, and a private balcony. The master bathroom is next to the room and is for your private and exclusive use. Fully equipped, with shower, and free spaces for you to put everything you need.
