The room is a two story room and is located on the first floor and has direct access to the garden. It is oriented North: sunlit during the day The residence is located in a calm neighbourhood while being close to everything : Beach is 5 km away, and City Center is 12 meters away! The space Eve’s Residence is a super clean space. With everything provided for guests. Guest access At your disposal: large living room & open kitchen, spacious garden, private parking and gate with security code. Washing machine can be used for a fee in the common areas of the building. During your stay Basic good behavior : respect the residence and the neighbors, and no excessive noise. Concerning the room, we charge a cleaning fee of $20 per stay.
