The space On the top floor, enjoy a spacious dining and living area beside the open kitchen. Step outside to find a BBQ area, dining space, lounge area, and a rooftop edge pool with ocean views. The master bedroom offers a private terrace and a spacious bathroom for your ultimate comfort. On the level below, you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace for sunset views. Plus, enjoy the air-conditioned gym and spa for ultimate relaxation. In each bedroom, you will find a dedicated work area and ample wardrobe space for your convenience. On the ground floor, there is a spacious covered parking area capable accommodating several cars and scooters, along with convenient surf racks. Included in your stay are daily cleaning services to keep everything neat and tidy, as well as regular pool maintenance for a sparkling swimming experience. For an additional fee, you can enjoy the services of a chef or indulge in spa treatments. Arrange for convenient airport transportation, rent scooters or cars, and join guided tours to explore the area further... Our Villa is also located close by from the activities like : pilates, gyms, golf, shops, restaurants and cafes. 5 minutes from Golf area and 5 minutes from center of Bingin Please note there are villas under construction in the area, so daytime noise can be frequent. This has already been reflected in a 15% discount from our usual rates. Guest access Guests will have access to the 2 top floors and all the parking area on the ground floor. There is an intermediate level with the staff rooms (2 staff live on site), storage and technical rooms. Other things to note Airport pick-up is not included and the price is 300,000 IDR/car (1 car is up to 4 pax plus luggage). Important note: No pets are allowed No smoking allowed at the villa No events, parties or gatherings allowed at the villa No visitors are allowed at the villa Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9 pm We love good vibes and music, but please respect our noise policy: no large speakers or DJ equipment are permitted. You’re welcome to use a small Bluetooth speaker for soft background music, provided it’s not audible beyond the property.
