Please note, the pool will heat up to 20°F above the outside temperature and will not function if the outside temperature is below 60°F - Property is self check-in - 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) - 2 full bathrooms - Screened in outdoor dining area - Built-in stainless steel gas grill (propane included) and lounge area under a beautiful pergola - Outdoor shower - Well-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and coffee essentials - Each home includes a Pack ’n Play and high chair for families traveling with little ones - Driveway & Parking Pad - TVs in the living room & two bedrooms (Bring your own streaming accounts) - High speed internet - Washer & dryer in detached laundry room (accessed from screened patio) - 5 minute walk to beach, beach bars, and restaurants - Close to Baptist Beaches Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and TPC Sawgrass Other things to note - No smoking anywhere on the property - No parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM per city ordinance - Pets (dogs only) – Dogs are allowed with a paid pet fee. Undisclosed pets = immediate eviction and loss of rent.
