Munich: Large house in a noble suburb of Munich

Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. The main train station, Oktoberfest, and downtown Munich are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a barbecue, lounge furniture and a whirlpool. Sauna. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn (suburban train), playgrounds, and the city park are all within a 5-minute walk. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – sauna and hot tub available for a nominal fee (electricity costs). The space - 1 living room, - 2 bathrooms (2 bathtubs, 1 shower), 2 hairdryers for guests, - 2 separate toilets, - 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, and 1 children's room with a children's bed, 1 baby bed (optional) - Fully equipped office room with printer and back wall for video calls, - 2 kitchens, fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machines, cutlery, dishes, pots & pans, stove, dishwasher, rice cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances - Laundry room in the basement with washing machine and dryer - Large dining table in the dining area, large outdoor dining table with 8 chairs. - 2 large flat-screen TVs (living room, bedroom) - WLAN throughout the house - Plenty of children's toys - X-Box, Wii, PlayStation 4 - Hot tub in the garden (please request before arrival and at extra cost) - Sauna in the garden (possible surcharge for cleaning) - Ping pong table in the garden - Bouncy castle for an extra charge (setup and cleaning for 47.50 euros) Guest access Basement and laundry room by arrangement Other things to note The house is located in a very quiet and safe area near Munich. Use of the hot tub must be logged in before arrival so we can prepare the hot tub. The additional charge depends on the actual electricity costs (approximately 39 cents per kWh). Electric cars can be charged right in the neighborhood within walking distance – conveniently via fast-charging stations. For safety reasons, inflatable castles are only permitted for children 5 years of age and older.
