Other things to note The building is older & near a freeway & busy street. The fixtures and appliances are aged, but well cared for. There maybe some light traffic, building & neighbor sounds. We spray for insects, but since we are near the Foothills and National Parks there maybe insects in or around the property, though it is extremely rare to see any because we spray, it is however normal for the area. Parking is street parking only. This listing is in LA, which is a busy city, therefore parking maybe limited, especially if arriving in the late afternoon or evening. If a space isn't found right out front, there usually is parking is within 1 block, across the street, down the little side street next to the strip mall or around the corner.
