This is a colonial style home. This 2 level house has a great location, with easy access to zone 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12. Close to the airport area, (15 to 20 min away). The space On the first level you will find garage, the ample living and dining room and the kitchen; the kitchen is full equipped except dishwasher. Laundry and a small room with bathroom. A garden area with pergola, BBQ area and bathroom. On the upper level you will find 2 bedrooms, and a tv/family room with a terrace. During your stay Guests will be met at the house, and we will provide them with the keys. Please contact before at least 2 hours prior to arrival so we can send someone to wait for you. Other things to note This area is 350 m away from public transportation called (Transmetro).
