Beach access near Farol da Barra

Our apartment was designed to offer a unique, cozy and full of personality accommodation for our guests. The apartment is fully equipped, has a frontal and unobstructed view of the sea and direct access to the beach. The building offers a swimming pool with ocean views and a shared work lounge. It is close to Farol da Barra, Porto da Barra Beach and its bars and restaurants. The property has direct access to the Barra/Ondina circuit during the Carnival period. The space The apartment has a bedroom (with a double bed), a sofa bed, a bathroom with a heated shower, a toilet, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, range hood, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, water filter and carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. Bed, bath and sea/pool bath linens will be available to guests. The TV has free access to Netflix, Max and GloboPlay apps, as well as 140 channels via cable TV. The building offers a parking space, swimming pool with sea view and direct beach access. We do not recommend the presence of children, as the windows do not have a protective net, there are sharp objects in low drawers and the pieces of art and decoration are fragile and should not be touched under any circumstances. Guest access All guests must provide their full names and ID number at least 24 hours in advance, which will be presented to the concierge at check-in. If you intend to use the garage, please inform us of the make, model and license plate of your vehicle at least 24 working hours before the day of your check-in. Access to the building is through the front desk - both for pedestrians and guests in vehicles. The apartment has an electronic lock with video surveillance, and the guest will receive their access code on the day of check-in. Access will be suspended at 11 a.m. on the day of check-out. During their stay, guests have free access to the swimming pool (on the same floor as the unit), beach, fitness center, squash court and work lounge. If you stay during the Carnival period, you will receive a building access bracelet at check-in. You must wear it throughout your stay, including while away from the property. Other things to note The apartment does not have a dedicated and private workspace, but the building offers the work lounge on level 0, with free Wi-Fi. We are gradually renovating the apartment to offer an even better experience for our guests. Upon arrival, if you find something different from what you saw in the photos, it is because we upgraded the apartment from what was available when you made the reservation. During Carnival, some fragile decor items will be removed.
