The space This room is attached to our home with a separate entrance and no access to my area. It consists of a bedroom with desk, dresser and tv. Private bathroom. Coffeemaker, microwave , mini fridge. Private secure entrance. Small patio. **the space is against the wall where the heating system is, you will hear the system kick on when the house calls for heat and hot water- more so in the winter months than in the summer** Guest access We request the guests to stay on the left side of the home where the space is located and please do not go in backyard. Other things to note Our home is close to tons! We are 10 min from the Long Island train station in Ronkonkoma and Islips MacArthur airport. The train ride puts NYC at your fingertips. 20 minute ride to the ocean beaches. Lots of amazing local restaurants and 10 minutes from Smithhaven mall.
