Thank you for choosing DulaCasa Staycation—we can’t wait to host you! ✨ Guest access During your stay at Dulacasa Staycation, you'll have private access to the entire condominium, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. If you book a 1-bedroom option, please note that one bedroom will be locked, but you'll still have full access to the rest of the unit, including the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and all available amenities. You'll also enjoy access to the building's swimming pool (free for up to 3 guests; additional guests at ₱100 each, subject to availability) and other shared facilities. Parking is available for an additional fee. We aim to provide a hassle-free stay, so feel free to enjoy all the amenities and make yourself at home! Other things to note House Rules ✅ Safety First: Lock doors and windows when leaving. For emergencies, contact our caretaker or host. 🚭 No Smoking Inside: Cigarette smoking is prohibited indoors. Vaping is allowed responsibly. 🛋 Respect the Space: Return items to their places before checkout. 🔊 Noise Control: Keep noise levels down, especially at night. 🚰 Report Issues Promptly: Notify us immediately of plumbing issues or leaks. 💰 Damage Accountability: Guests must cover repair/replacement costs for any damages. 🏢 Common Areas: Be mindful and respectful of other guests. 🚫 No Unregistered Guests: Only booked guests may stay overnight. A ₱500 penalty per extra guest per day applies. 🗑 Trash Disposal: Place garbage in designated bins before checking out. ⚡ Energy Conservation: Unplug appliances when not in use. 🛏 Keep It Clean: Avoid staining towels, bedsheets, etc. Negligent stains will result in a fine. 🚿 Bathroom Etiquette: Keep the bathroom clean after use. 👞 No Shoes on the Bed: Keep outdoor footwear off the bed for hygiene. 🛌 Daily Tidiness: Make the bed daily to maintain cleanliness. 🔹 Review all details before booking to ensure a smooth stay. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Self Check-In Instructions 🔑 Your keys and gate pass are in a lockbox on the unit’s main door. The code will be provided after full payment of the balance and security deposit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ⚠️ Do not turn off the refrigerator. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stay Duration Each night includes 22 hours of stay from your check-in time. For example: ✅ Check-in at 1:00 PM → First night ends at 11:00 AM the next day ✅ Next night begins immediately after ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reservation, Cancellation & Date Change Policy Cancellation 🫶 Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund if more than 7 days before the stay; no refund if less than 7 days. 🫶 Same-day bookings: Reservation fee is non-refundable. 🫶 After 24 hours of booking: 50% refund if more than 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in. Date Changes 🫶 Same-day bookings: No changes can be made more than 1 hour after booking. 🫶 More than 7 days before check-in: Date changes may be requested without a fee, subject to availability. 🫶 Less than 7 days before check-in: A ₱500 change fee applies. Security Deposit 🫶 1–2 pax: ₱500 security deposit. 🫶 More than 2 pax: ₱1,000 security deposit. 🫶 The security deposit will be refunded after checkout provided there are no damages, missing items, or applicable charges. 🫶 If damages or other charges exceed the security deposit, the guest will be responsible for the remaining amount. House Rules & Charges 🫶 No Pets Allowed: Pets are strictly not allowed inside the unit. If a pet is found to have been brought into the unit, the security deposit will not be refunded and will be retained to cover the additional cleaning required. 🫶 Unauthorized Guests: Only guests included in the paid reservation are allowed. Bringing in additional guests without prior approval is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized guests may be charged double the applicable rate, and the host may require all guests to leave the unit immediately. 🫶 Kitchenware & Interior Décor: Any damage to kitchenware, interior décor, or paintings will be charged accordingly based on the extent of the damage. 🫶 Excessive Cleaning: ₱400 cleaning fee if the unit is left excessively dirty or messy. 🫶 Stained Linens/Towels: ₱500 charge for stains on linens, bedsheets, or towels. 🫶 Lost Towels: ₱300 per towel. 🫶 Lost Keys: ₱300. 🫶 Lost Access/Tap Card: ₱3,000. 🫶 Indoor Slippers: ₱200 per pair if indoor slippers are worn outside the unit. 🫶 Smoking: ₱1,000 penalty. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited and is only allowed on the balcony. 🫶 Trash: ₱300 charge if trash is left inside the unit and not properly disposed of upon checkout. Trash Disposal – “Throw Your Own Trash” Guests are requested to dispose of their own trash. A large trash bin is available at the back of the building near the exit door. Extension & Overstay Policy 🫶 All extensions must be requested and approved before the original checkout time. 🫶 An extension is confirmed only after the full extension fee and any applicable additional security deposit have been paid. 🫶 Simply requesting an extension does not authorize the guest to remain in the unit beyond the agreed checkout time. 🫶 Staying beyond checkout without an approved and fully paid extension will be considered an unauthorized overstay. The guest may be required to vacate the unit and will be responsible for any applicable additional charges. 🫶 The host is not required to approve or continue an extension without payment. 🫶 If the guest refuses to vacate after an unauthorized overstay, the host reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies under Philippine law.
