On the 4th floor with elevator, the accomodation offers a stunning view of “old Milan” buildings and modern Skyscrapers, including the famous Bosco Verticale It’s also extremely silent, allowing for some recharging night sleep. The space This bright apartment is located in a traditional Milan building with high ceilings, and it has just recently been restructured and re-designed by a young local architect, that has chosen to work with simple and natural material like iron and wood. You’ll find attention to details and a pleasant design that will make your eye rest and your soul enjoy. Thanks to this refurbishing, everything in the apartment is brand new and perfectly functioning. The space is composed as the following: - Entrance with a long corridor with a beautiful small window - A full bedroom with King Size bed equipped with a refreshing topper to keep you cool during the hot days of summer, a wooden wardrobe and a comfy chair - A living room offering a Sofa that becomes a 1.5 bed, that can be open at request, a wide table and 4 chairs to sit comfortably for breakfast or dinner - A small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for sipping an aperitivo in the sunset - A small yet fully furnished kitchen with everything required for small snacks and breakfast: toaster, Nespresso maker, Boiler, Microwave, Fridge and Freezer. - A Bathroom with a bathtub that can be used as a shower, bidet and wc. In the bathroom you will find high quality Shampoo and Shower gel set for your convenience. In the apartment you'll have Air Conditioning that can be managed by the guests. This can come handy for early departures or late arrivals, when public transport is not yet available Guest access Guests can choose between self check-in or assisted check-in. Once gotten the keys, the whole apartment is for the guests only. Guests will have total privacy and full control over the access Other things to note Please note that we have a very strict NO SMOKING policy. It's forbidden to smoke in the apartment, including on the balcony, to preserve the healthiness of the house for future guests. A 500 Euro fee will be charged in case of smoking inside the apartment. In a 2 people reservation only hte bed in the room is included. If the guests would like to have both the bed and the sofa prepared for a two people there is an additional cost of 40 euro for preparation and cleaning.
