You've never seen a place like this: the May Flower is a unique penthouse located in the Laurisilva Home, in the heart of the Anaga Natural Park. From its huge terrace you can see the immense Atlantic Ocean, Mount Teide and the trade winds falling down the mountainside. A perfect place to disconnect and escape from the routine, to meet with loved ones or with oneself. In addition, from the highest point of the summit, sitting at dusk, you can enjoy the best starry sky on the island. The space Laurisilva Home is a guest house located in a rural settlement in the heart of Anaga Natural Park, probably the most beautiful area on the entire island. Anaga is known for its lush nature, characterized by the native vegetation called "laurisilva" and for being one of the preferred destinations to observe the stars on clear nights. The May Flower is the pinnacle of Laurisilva Home. A loft - penthouse at the top of the building with a huge terrace that has different spaces (rocking chair, hammocks, dining area) and simply unique views of the entire island. In front, the Atlantic Ocean; at the foot, we leave the mountains tiny, watered by the trade winds (the breath of life of the Canary Islands) and in the distance, on the right, Mount Teide, the great mountain. Inside the loft, you can enjoy a colorful decoration reminiscent of the tones of the "May flower", one of the species that make up the Laurisilva. All this without losing the cozy rural atmosphere in which it is located. The light from the terrace floods a small living room-kitchen and a bedroom visually separated by furniture, both with separate exits. In addition, the spectacular views follow us to the bathroom itself, from which we can even take a shower while looking out to the sea and mountains in the distance. The accommodation is located in the hamlet called Casas de la Cumbre, in the heart of the Anaga Rural Park and very close to tourist attractions such as Pico del Inglés, Cruz del Carmen or the Jardina viewpoint. The city of La Laguna is a 30-minute drive away and the best beaches on the island (Benijo and Almáciga), as well as the picturesque village of Taganana, are another half an hour away by car. Multiple routes start from there or very close by. - The preferred mode of access is by car. However, bus 76 (from the La Laguna interchange) can leave you a few meters from the house (just at the point where the main road turns off). - It is recommended not to arrive at night to find the house more easily. Please note that it is a rural area in a Natural Park. - Bring the food you want to use before arriving at the accommodation as there are NO supermarkets nearby. There are restaurants nearby (by car) but their hours are restricted and you won't find food at night. - A crib, high chair and baby bath can be rented upon request and confirmation of availability. - You can park on the street outside the accommodation for free, but you'll be sent directions on how to do it to avoid blocking the road and not prevent other guests from parking as well.
