Peaceful cozy residence tucked into the forested Kitsap Peninsula between the small towns of Holly and Seabeck. Central location for golf, kayaking, boating, swimming, hiking, fishing, shrimping, crabbing, oysters. Nearby Seabeck village has general store, pub, pizza, coffee. Local towns Seabeck, Silverdale, Paulsbo, Bremerton with cafes, shopping, art, music, movies. Vibrant cities of Seattle and Tacoma have major art museums, sports and entertainment venues, and international restaurants. The space Bright, airy home with cathedral ceiling in main living area. Separate recreation room downstairs with pool table and TV gives kids plenty of room to play. A great place for a family reunion, a gathering of the clan, kids birthday party, outdoor wedding, group retreat or just a getaway. Hot tub, pool table, garden, separate fitness building, barbecue, big screen TV. Refrigerator stocked at your request (fee), shuttle to SeaTac airport (fee). Catering available (fee). Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Guest access Whole house, large hot tub, fitness building, back yard, orchard and garden. Plz note - property is not fully fenced. Other things to note LOCATION: Enjoy day trips to Mt. Rainier, Port Townsend, Port Angeles, Olympic National Park; Bainbridge, Vashon, Whidbey islands. Take longer trips to the Pacific coast of Washington; Victoria & Vancouver, BC; Portland & Mt. Hood, OR. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Three private bedrooms upstairs: King size bed in master BR, queen size beds in 2 other BR's . Fold-out 2 queen size couches in main living room. Two fold-out queen size couches and a single bed in basement . By request for groups over 15 people I can open another space with the single bed and office with fold out couch, has AC and wall heaters . Separate entry. Guests will need to use main house bathrooms . HOT TUB / SPA: The spa is here for you to enjoy and relax in. Please follow the simple rules to ensure that you and family are safe and the spa will be available for our next guest. Shower with soap and water before you enter spa. Towels for spa usage are provided in the basement located on the wall shelf. Please do not use bathroom towels outside the house. Wash off any suntan and body lotions or creams prior to entering spa. These clog the filters. This is a self cleaning system and will automatically shut itself off if any objects are detected in the water for the cleaning cycle. BATH OILS AND OR BUBBLE BATH ARE NOT ALLOWED IN SPA AT ANYTIME Enter and exit the spa slowly. Please no jumping or diving Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Toddlers “MUST“ wear proper infant/toddler swimming diapers at all times while in spa. Toys are not to be used in the spa. No glass or bottles allowed in spa at anytime Elderly persons, persons with health conditions and pregnant women should consult with their physician before utilizing the spa. Use of alcohol, narcotics and some prescriptions can cause adverse reactions in a spa environment Limit your soak to 15 minutes, exit tub for cool off before going back into spa. Please replace spa cover after use. Please do not sit or lie on spa cover. Please turn off high jets when exiting the spa.
