Apartment with: - Balcony overlooking the pool; - Integrated living room and bedroom with beds and sofa bed, 42-inch Smart TV, Wi-Fi internet; - Toilet with heated shower, hairdryer, mirrors; - Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances, induction stove, refrigerator, air fryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender; - Digital lock with password access; Guest access Makia Beach has a 24-hour reception with service and security, regardless of your arrival time (day, night, early morning, weekends or even holidays). Our team will be ready to welcome you and give you all the necessary guidance to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment access password will be available shortly after your check-in at our reception. Other things to note - Our standard check-in time is from 2pm and check-out until 11am; - The condominium has its own restaurant, which serves all meals paid for separately directly on the premises, as well as pool service; - The breakfast buffet is served daily in the MAKIA restaurant from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It is NOT included in the daily rate and must be paid separately at the restaurant itself; - Bed and bath linens are optional and can be rented depending on the period and date of your stay (see conditions). It may be requested in advance so that it is available in the apartment upon your arrival, subject to payment in advance via PIX; - There will be no change of linens or cleaning for the entire duration of your stay. If necessary (for longer stays), you can request a linen change and a new cleaning service, which must be requested in advance and will incur a fee to be paid by the guest via PIX at the time of the request; Guests will be charged for any lost items from the provided set, as well as for damage to towels and bed linens, such as stains and non-removable soiling (makeup, wine, chocolate, etc.), that cannot be repaired; - Pool towels, chairs, and umbrellas must be returned to the apartment after use; - We have an access road to the beach right in front of the condominium (PLEASE NOTE – Open Sea, not recommended for swimming);
