Casa 1 is located in a small private condominium, consisting of 3 more houses. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden that attracts many birds. The space has a fire pit area and direct access to the river that passes at the back of the property, making it the perfect environment for moments of relaxation. The space 🌿 Comfort & Functionality. Cozy little house, with a wooden mezzanine, comfortable bathroom and a spacious balcony. Equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals, ensuring that you feel at home. Mattresses, pillows and bed linen have been carefully chosen to provide a peaceful night's sleep. On the mezzanine, we have a double bed, and in the living room, a single bed. We offer towels, soap and cleaning supplies free of charge, so you can enjoy your stay without worries. Our garden is an invitation to peace and tranquility, with many plants and a large open space with grass perfect for practicing yoga. On the balcony, you will find a hammock and a small table with benches, ideal for enjoying a tea or coffee in the late afternoon. Thinking about your practicality, we provide an external laundry sink and a folding clothesline. We also offer ample free parking.
