This development is located 3 km from the town of Caspe and 26 km from Alcañiz. The space 570m² two-story house with an underground garage. The ground floor has a kitchen, a shared bathroom, a living room, and 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other 2 with 2 beds each). The first floor also has a kitchen, a full common bathroom and 5 bedrooms (4 with 2 beds and 1 with a double bed) There are two terraces, one per floor, and a barbecue with a large covered table.
