Submission of the guest list and IDs 　You must fill in the guest list and present a valid ID (driver's license, My Number Card, passport, etc.) by check-in. 　If not submitted, the room passcode cannot be issued.Accommodation for minors only is strictly prohibited. 2. Check-in/Check-out 　CHECK IN: from 3pm 　Check out: before 10:00 am 　Cleaning staff will enter the building at 10:05 AM for a safety check. 　If you stay beyond 10:10 am without permission, there will be an additional fee of 3,000 yen for each 10 minutes beyond that time. 3. Number of guests and no third-party visitors 　Staying or entering with more people than the number of guests on the reservation, or allowing third parties other than the guests to enter the room, is strictly prohibited, even for a short time. 　If unauthorized entry is discovered, we will charge a penalty of 30,000 yen per person. 　If you use bedding in excess of the number of people booked, we will charge 5,000 yen per set. 4. No smoking anywhere on the premises (including e-cigarettes) 　Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house or on the property, except in the designated smoking area of the outdoor BBQ area. 　If smoking or cigarette butts are found outside the designated area, a special cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. 5. Spending the night and noise (most important) 　Noise at night is strictly prohibited out of consideration for the surrounding environment. 　Please refrain from loud music, conversation, singing, etc. in outdoor spaces (BBQ area, sauna, etc.) after 8 pm. 　No outdoor area use is allowed after 9 pm, so please close the windows and stay indoors. 　If there are any complaints or reports, you will be asked to leave immediately. 6. Fire is strictly prohibited and there are restrictions on the pellet grill 　No fireworks, firewood, charcoal, candles, or other flammable items are allowed to be brought in or used. 　It is strictly forbidden to put fuel other than pellets (solid fuel, firewood, charcoal, etc.) in the provided pellet grill. 　In the event of damage or contamination, we will charge the full cost of replacement and repair. 　Please turn off the sauna, pellet stove, and grill when you go out. 7. Absolutely no shoes and slippers rules 　Shoes are strictly prohibited in all areas indoors. 　Please do not go outside to the barbecue area, terrace, etc. while wearing indoor slippers. 　If we find traces of shoes or dirt from using slippers outdoors, we will charge 50,000 yen as a special cleaning fee. 8. Restrictions on food and drink and strong odors 　No food with strong odors or cooking with a lot of oil (such as yakiniku or fried food) is allowed in the room. 　If there is any remaining odor or dirt, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. 9. No pets, no parties 　No pets, parties, or events allowed. 　In the event of a violation, you will be asked to leave and a special cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. 10. Cleaning, garbage disposal, restoration to original condition 　Please wash the dishes you used and tidy up a little before checking out. 　If excessive soiling beyond the normal range, abandoned trash, or damage to the room is found, an additional cleaning fee of 15,000 yen will be charged. 　Please return the furniture and fixtures to their original places. 　Please dispose of garbage according to the designated sorting method. 　For significant soiling due to neglect or vomiting, etc., we will charge 50,000 yen for additional cleaning and deodorization. 11. Handling and damage of equipment and supplies 　Changing the settings or turning off the power of the facilities in the building (smart lock, webcam, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, etc.) is prohibited. 　If you find any damage to fixtures or equipment when you enter the room, please contact us via message with a photo within 3 hours of check-in. 　After that, it will be considered the guest's fault and the actual cost will be charged. 12. Parking (3 vehicles free of charge) 　Please be sure to park your vehicle within the designated space close to the building (parking on the surrounding roads is strictly prohibited). 　The facility is not responsible for any accidents or theft in the parking lot. 13. On-site payment 　Please pay for each use of pizza, sauna hats, etc. using the QR code on site. 　Additional cleaning fees for rule violations and fees for overstay will be paid immediately by credit card or PayPay at the hotel when the cleaning staff checks the premises. 14. Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer 　Refunds are subject to Airbnb's policies. 　Refunds cannot be made due to guest circumstances (weather, transportation delays, schedule changes, etc.).
