That's why we offer the convenience of docking your boat right at the house in the harbor. Whether you're arriving by boat or planning leisurely trips to explore the nearby islands, you'll have easy access and a secure place to dock, making your stay your own. ⛵ Just an 8-minute golf cart ride from our home, you'll find yourself at the world-famous Treasure Cay Beach. Whether you're here to relax on the pristine sands, dive into vibrant underwater worlds while snorkeling or diving, or set sail to discover the charming islands of the Abacos, everything is within easy reach. At Harbour's Edge, you'll find endless opportunities for both relaxation and adventure. 🚤 After a day of exploring, return to the comfort of Harbour's Edge and unwind on the porch swing, letting the gentle breezes carry your worries away. Start your morning with a breathtaking sunrise or end your day with a stunning sunset from the deck. 🌞 Imagine spending your afternoons watching turtles visit the bay or casting a line for peaceful fishing right from the deck. While some parts of Treasure Cay are still rebuilding after Hurricane Dorian, there's still plenty to see and do. Once you do.... Welcome to Harbour's Edge! Your home away from home features three spacious bedrooms, each with its private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary glasses, plates, pots, and utensils—no plastic. Additionally, a separate apartment above the garage provides extra space and privacy. Kitchen and Drinking Water: You’ll need to buy drinking water and any other beverages you’d like for your stay. We recommend stopping at Maxwell’s in Marsh Harbour, which has a great selection of bottled water and drinks by the case. While the tap water in the house is safe for cooking, washing, and personal hygiene, it is not recommended for drinking. Upon arrival, a complimentary 5-gallon jug of safe drinking water and an extra jug will be waiting for you. The setup makes filling the ice trays in the freezer easy, and you can see everything clearly in the photos. If you need to replace the drinking water jugs during your stay, there’s a convenient store right at the entrance road to Treasure Cay where you can purchase refills. You can easily get there by car or golf cart. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay. The coffee machine uses whole-bean coffee only, and I’ve added a French press for ground coffee. Please refer to the photo to see the setup. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions about the setup or what to bring! TV: Each bedroom and the living room have internet-connected TVs. You can log in to your streaming accounts, such as Netflix or Prime Video. Please remember to log out of your accounts before you leave. Power Outages: For your peace of mind, Harbour's Edge is equipped with a generator that will automatically start if the power goes out. This ensures you can continue enjoying your stay, like taking a refreshing shower after a day at the beach, without interruptions. Outdoor Grill & Drying Rack: For those interested in using the grill, please note that you'll need to push gently the knob in (don't force it) and turn it to the right to start it. The knobs are, unfortunately, plastic and tend to break easily—this has happened with several guests. If a knob breaks during your stay, I’d appreciate it if you let me know, as I have to order replacements and bring them from the U.S. You're always welcome to text me with any questions about using the grill. You’ll also find a drying rack available for wet swimsuits and clothes. It’s usually kept in the grill pit area, where you can open the windows to enjoy the breeze while staying protected from sudden rain. For your recreation, we provide two paddle boards, two kayaks, and two inflatable paddle boards—perfect for enjoying the water and swimming, fishing, or boating right from the property. A golf cart: Please remember to charge the golf cart each time you return from a trip to ensure the battery doesn’t run out during your next adventure. Laundry and Office Facilities: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available, with extra towels in the cubby opposite the washer. Additionally, there is a convenient office table with a printer, should you need it during your stay. We want to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and productive stay. Alcohol/Liquor: We have bottles of alcohol available in case you still need to bring some. Please replace any bottle you use before the end of your stay. Dining and Outdoor Tips: While we encourage you to enjoy the outdoor spaces, we recommend not eating outside due to the presence of flies that can quickly disrupt your meal. Also, be mindful of the "no-see-ums" flies, which tend to bite intensely for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. These flies are not present throughout the day, so staying inside during those times can help avoid them. Final Note: Please use this house with care and respect as if it were yours. Stove, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, TV: Instructions available upon arrival. As for the bedrooms: The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed. The Guest Bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two queen-size bunk beds, accommodating up to four people. Additionally, the apartment above the garage has a king-size bed.
