Welcome to our unique beach escape! Fall in love with our stylish home, private plunge pool, and quick walk to the beach! Enjoy a cocktail on the balcony after a day on the water or at the shops. Take advantage of lightning-fast wifi! This home is an 8 minute drive to Pier Park and 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 30A. Ask about renting our 6-seat golf cart for $125/day Dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee; 3 max. Pool heating available: $40/day details below. The space I created this home a bit differently than the other ones in the neighborhood that I host. I really wanted to show off my own personality in the design, so I hope you like it! Certainly all are welcome and we are set up to host a group or family vacation, but if you are planning a girls trip to the beach, I think this is the place for you! This two-story home includes a private plunge pool, parking for four vehicles, second floor balcony, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Entry: You will enter the home through the front door on the right side of the house and up several stairs. Your private code will grant you entry through the digital lock so you can let yourself in upon arrival and after our 4pm check-in time. Upstairs: You will find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. There is counter seating with 4 chairs and a dining table that seats eight. The living area has a couch, chairs and 65” Smart TV. The white cabinet under the television folds out into a memory-foam queen size bed. You can step outside to the balcony through the french doors and find seating for 4 people. In the alcove between the kitchen and living area you will find a coffee bar with a drip coffee maker. Off the kitchen you will find a half bathroom and next to that, the door to the primary bedroom featuring a king size bed. This bedroom has a 55” Smart TV. Prepare for the day in the en-suite bathroom that has two sinks and a refreshing walk-in shower. You’ll have plenty of storage in the walk-in closet. This is also where you will find the vacuum cleaner, pack ‘n play, ironing board, and linens for the living room’s fold out sofa bed. The upstairs primary bedroom also has a really unique feature: a makeup station with six seats! If your group is preparing for a night out, this is the place to hang out and get ready knowing you’re going to look your best! Downstairs: As you descend the stairs to the ground floor, you will see the garage on your left and straight ahead a primary bedroom with a king bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also has a makeup area with three seats and a 55" smart TV. Next to the loft room is the laundry closet with a large, stacked washer and dryer. You will find laundry pods and dryer sheets on a shelf on the right side of the wall. There is a full bathroom downstairs, featuring a tub/shower combo. The bedroom in the back corner features a twin bed lofted over a queen bed and a 43” smart TV. The bedroom closest to the rear exit door has a king bed, 55” Smart TV and a workspace. You will find pool towels in a basket in the hallway leading to the pool. Outside: You can access the yard from the door on the first floor but please mind the step from the house to the yard. You can also access the yard from the gate at the front of the property. In the backyard you can take a dip in the plunge pool or relax in the sun loungers while you watch TV. You should find the remote for the outside TV in a magnetic holder on the inside of the rear exit door to the pool. Fire up the propane grill to take advantage of everything our home has to offer. You will find spare propane under the entry stairs outside. Guest access You'll have private access to this entire private property including the fenced yard with a pool, garage, and the complete interior of the 4-bedroom home. Other things to note Pool Heating: Seasonally, we offer pool heating to 82° for $40 per night of your stay. The pool does not reach spa temperatures. The heat pump can warm the pool to about a maximum of 20° above ambient temperatures, which means that we are only able to offer this add-on service when daytime temperatures are above 60 degrees. We are unable to offer pool heating for only a portion of your stay. You will need to decide whether you would like this extra service prior to your visit so that the heater has time to warm the pool. A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you a reminder so you can decide based on the latest forecast. If you have any questions, please reach out before booking and I’ll be happy to provide more details. Golf Cart: You can rent the golf cart for the duration of your stay for the price of $125 per full day (you will not be charged for your check-in and check-out days, but can still use it on those days). Partial or daily rental of the golf cart is not available. The golf cart can be used on neighborhood streets to get to and from the beach and can also drive along Front Beach Road. It is not permitted on Hwy 98. We handle the rental process through the app and DocuSign. It’s easy and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Pets: We charge a flat $170 pet fee per stay for guests bringing dogs. This fee covers up to three dogs, which is the maximum allowed. Please include your dogs in your booking so the fee is added automatically. We do ask that you’re mindful of muddy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens, and pick-up after your pet in the backyard. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Our home is a strictly non-smoking home. We do not permit smoking indoors or outdoors on the property. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave the home immediately and will be liable for actual cleaning charges incurred. Please respect our home and wishes with regard to smoking! Cancellation Policy: Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy before booking. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. We are unable to provide refunds due to travel difficulties, inclement weather, illness, or family emergencies. As you plan your trip, please familiarize yourself with the availability of seasonal and weather-contingent amenities. We will not issue refunds if a nearby attraction is closed. We will not accept requests to alter your stay within five days of your check-in date. Consider purchasing travel insurance when you book if you feel a last-minute cancellation would be a financial burden for you. VRC #: 49325
