SHORT DESCRIPTION - We manage 5 properties in Ubatuba, if you do not have the dates you would like, please contact us to check the possibility of staying in another property. - Family environment designed for people looking for a quiet place, full of greenery and with a lot of peace. - Wonderful two-story house with 2 en-suites and air-conditioning. - The garden is approximately 500 square meters with lots of flowers and numerous birds. - Fiber optic internet with 500 Mbps speed. The space - Our house is a unique space, it is a townhouse, with two en-suites at the top, while at the bottom we have the gourmet area with living room, kitchen and barbecue. - Private entrance for guests is through the garden, measuring approximately 500 square meters, after which there is access to the house. - The garden has a wide variety of plants, roses and other flowers. We put food out for the birds. They have their own space where they can eat, drink water and even bathe on very hot days. - It is possible to observe a wide variety of birds throughout the day in the garden. - The whole house is fenced, so your pets can't escape to the street. - We installed another fence, in case the guest does not want their pets to be near the sidewalk, next to the electronic garage gate. (See the photos of the fence) - The kitchen is complete, with all the utensils needed for stays of several weeks. We offer the basics, such as plates, glasses, cutlery and wine glasses, as well as pressure cookers, common pots, pans, platters, cake pans, electric kettle for making coffee, blender, fruit juicer and sandwich maker. - The living room has sofas, armchairs, a dining table and a Smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming platforms. - The en-suites have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming platforms. We do not provide accounts for these services, guests must have their own accounts. - The beds have sheets and pillows with pillowcases. The bathrooms have hand towels. - Guests must bring bath towels and blankets. - Between the suites, there is a balcony with chairs, a table and a bench. In addition, they have a service area with a washing machine and clothesline. Guest access - Access to the house is independent, it has no relation to the owner's main house. - You will enter through the garden, through the electronic garage gate that will give access to the environment. - Remembering that access is independent. Other things to note GENERAL NOTES - Bring your pet to Ubatuba, you can leave it in the house while you go to the beach. - The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs we have a full kitchen, barbecue area and living room. - No smoking inside the house and no throwing cigarettes in the garden. - Collect dog waste. - We remind you that the owner lives in the front house (same lot), but we guarantee TOTAL privacy. - Do not leave the air-conditioning on when you are not in the room. - Keep quiet after 10 p.m. - Wash the sand off your feet in the shower before going up the stairs. WE OFFER: - Beds have only sheets (we do not offer bedspreads) and pillows have pillowcases. - Bathrooms with face towels and liquid soap for hand washing. - Kitchen sink has a scrub brush and detergent. - Floor cloths in the service area - Dish towels in the kitchen - Guests have to bring bath towels and blankets. IMPORTANT: - Do not make noise after 10 p.m., as the house is surrounded by buildings and they are permanent residents and not tourists. - Fine for noise and mess in the amount of R$ 5,000.00 according to the city law. - Wash the sand off your feet in the shower. - Do not throw cigarettes on the floor. - Keep the place clean. - Scoop up pet waste.
