***IMPORTANT*** PLEASE READ ALL SECTIONS BELOW Newly constructed, this one bedroom apartment is directly across from the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica. Located on the 2nd floor, the living room and bedroom gives you a clear view street side and of the main entrance to the Stadium. Concerts and stage shows, sporting events, carnival, there is no need for transportation or sitting in traffic for extended periods as this apartment is conveniently located across the road. The space This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom w closet, living, dining and full kitchen. The bedroom has 1 king bed that can be separated into 2 twin beds. Guest must indicate whether they need 2 twin beds as we'll always default with the king bed. There is also a bunk beds that can accommodate a person of no more than 200lbs on top and 250lbs on lower bunk. Bunks beds are ONLY made available when the booking consist of 3 or 4 guests. So 3 guests will receive a king bed (or 2 twins) and 1 bunk bed. If a 4th guest is added, then they'll receive the 2nd bunk bed. The ac is located in the bedroom. The bathroom has a sizable vanity area and lots of storage. There shower is a bathtub combo to suit everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals with all the necessary appliances, silverware and complimentary essentials (cooking oil, black pepper and salt). There is also "Island Dining" which seats up to 4 persons. The living area which looks out to the National Stadium has a sitting area and laptop / work area. A smart TV with more than 100 cable channels for you to relax & unwind. Closet space to store luggage and clothes & laundry area with a washtub completes the space. Guest access Including a fully furnished apartment there is a clubhouse with a gym and tennis court. The assigned parking space is B209 located two spots away from the exit gate. The gate is manned by 24 hour security which requires guests to check-in with them each time they enter the property. Other things to note - Each guest after 2 attracts a cost - Early check-in from 7am is USD$40 and from 11am it's USD$25 per room - A complimentary linen change is given for stays more than 7 days. Otherwise, a set of sheets is for US$20 and towels $10 - A/C is in the bedroom only - Hot water switch is located next to the kitchen sink. Hot water in shower only - kindly turn off lights, a/c, fan and TV when not in use or leaving the unit - multi story apt complex, no loud music/noise - The gym is located across from Block B. The hours are posted on the door and may vary so please view on arrival if interested in using it. The fob/keycard mentioned in the arrival message gives access to both Block B and the gym Smart home, ac and some lights may turn off if there is no movement for extended periods House rules must be observed as non-compliance attracts the security deposit.
