The living room offers a very comfortable and stylish 4 seater couch, and a 55”TV, charming corner for a drink and coffee. The garden space is large and has relaxed and comfortable furniture. Guests in the Home office will be able to use the condominium meeting room, quiet and comfortable. You will be surprised by the comfort of this apartment . IMPORTANTE – CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS For stays longer than 15 days, a periodic cleaning will be included with a change of linen, carried out at least every fortnight. This cleaning costs R$399.00, paid directly by the platform, and lasts approximately 4 hours. The service is done by a trusted professional, and you do not need to be present in the apartment at the time of cleaning. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest who will book it, and the rate for 2 people is always calculated using only 1 suite with a queen-size bed. In order for the 2nd bedroom to be made available, an additional fee must be paid, which is equal to the amount for 3 guests. To book, simply change the query to 3 guests and you will have the correct rate for using the 2 en-suites. The building's common areas, such as the SPA and meeting room, can be used according to the condominium's prior scheduling and availability. Other things to note . To keep the plants always well taken care of, our team will perform watering 3 times a week . If you prefer a specific time for this visit, please let us know your preference. We appreciate your understanding and are available for any questions The amenities offered by the condominium are not under our management as hosts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its availability, as the maintenance and any changes in the rules of use are the responsibility of the condominium and are out of our control. This includes jacuzzi, sauna , SPA use and laundry. The building is new and very well organized and modern, for its security it has a 24-hour concierge The location is perfect, less than 5 m walk to the beach of Ipanema, station 9. There are 3 supermarkets less than 1 block away, some serve 24 hours, many restaurants, pharmacies, banks and general commerce. Ease of locomotion is a high point at this address, less than 100 m is General Osório subway station, bus lines, Itaú bikes, taxi and app transportation.
